Companies like Funai, Hitachi, JVC, Philips, Sanyo and Vizio still need to implement TV recycling programs before the digital conversion deadline on February 17, and most others still have work to do to improve their TV recycling programs. A Program to Certify Electronic Waste Recycling Rivals an Industry-U.S. Plan
